Pavel Juricek has been creating sensational floral designs since attending the University in Prague. There he studied floral designs throughout Europe and Asia. In 1998 Pavel made the journey from his homeland in Prague to Chicago IL. Starting his event design career as a lead designer for Kehoe Designs, a Chicago based décor and design company. Pavel’s work is a combination of his love for flowers and passion for design. His unique creations are bold statements, using finest of florals and textures to produce the most innovative designs for clients.
Pavel’s clients are just as impressive as his work. His nation-wide celebrity clientele includes prominent individuals including Oprah Winfrey, Donald Trump, Jennifer Hudson, while his work for luxury brands include Hermes, Roberto Cavalli, Mercedes Benz, The Wrigley Company, Siemens, and Swarovski Crystal. His work has been seen in some of the nation’s most prestigious venues such as The Four Seasons, The Mar-a-Lago, Waldorf Astoria, Mandarin Oriental, Park Hyatt, Ritz Carlton and many more.
Pavel was the original designer in developing The Peninsula Chicago’s signature floral and design look.
After 20 years in the event industry, Pavel has become highly sought after for his ability to completely transform raw ordinary spaces in theatrical environments. His work was published in the book “Being In Love Never Goes Out Of Style” by Grace Ormonde, and numerous other publications. Pavel’s appearance on VH1’s “My Big Fat Fabulous Wedding” was a hit with audiences alike.
Now, Pavel brings his talents, designs, and creations to Platinum Events in his role as Artistic Director. Here at Platinum Events, Pavel will continue his passion for floral and event design as an expression of his signature look, while creating new unforeseen visions.
